Healing The Heart Through Writing

Living a full life means filling our hearts with love. That also means, eventually, heartbreak and sometimes trauma. Writing is a cathartic way to express our thoughts, feelings and can lead us on a healing journey. In this workshop, you will learn the healing power of writing through journaling and essay writing.

Kerri Fivecoat-Campbell is a writer living in a small cabin in the Ozark Mountains. She shares her life with her rescued dogs, Chloe and Turner Bear.
